Mystical Varanasi + Golden Triangle 9 Days / 8 Nights

India’s most beautiful sights in the cities of Delhi – Jaipur – Agra – Varanasi. The wonderful sight of the Taj Mahal, the magical building of the Palace of the Winds or the elephant ride to the Amber Fort, among many other sights and experiences, will remain a lifelong memory. Then we will fly to the most beautiful and wonderful city of India, Varanasi, where we will get to know the real India.

Day 01: Arrival, Sightseeing In Delhi

Arrival in Delhi, transfer to the hotel, then breakfast after booking the rooms. After a short rest, sightseeing in Old Delhi. We visit the Chandni Chowk bazaar by rickshaw, then walk to the centuries-old Old Bazaar. On our exhilarating walk, you can buy local products and taste local food specialties. We will see India’s largest mosque, the Jama Masjid, and then Mahatma Gandhi’s tomb. On our way, we can see the famous India Gate, the Parliament and the Presidential Palace. We will see Indira Gandhi’s former residence, Then  we visit one of the most beautiful and important temple in Delhi, the LaxminarayanTemple. Dinner and overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 02: Delhi – Jaipur

After breakfast in Delhi, we will see the Qutub Minar, the tallest minaret in the world, which was built more than 920 years ago, as well as the famous Delhi Iron Pillar. We continue to Jaipur, the pink city of the maharajas. After booking the accommodation, we will go to a local bazaar and see the daily life of the local people, and taste the local food and drinks. Later, visiting some churches, we can even participate in a ceremony. Overnight and dinner in Jaipur.

Day 03: Jaipur City Tour

After breakfast, a full day sightseeing. First, we visit the Amber Fort, 15 km from the city. The fortress palace stands on a mountain where the maharajas once ascended on the back of an elephant. We will also have the opportunity to try this. We will see the buildings of the fortress, including the Hall of Mirrors, and then we will return to the bus by jeep. We head back to the city, but on the way we stop at the Water Palace to take photos. In the afternoon, we will linger in the pink city: we will see the city palace, still inhabited by the Maharaja of Rajasthan. We will visit the Jantar Mantar, a strange observatory built by the famous Maharaja Jai ​​Singh in the 18th century, and then we will take a walk in the bazaar, where we will have the opportunity to taste local food and drinks. We take a short photo break at the Palace of the Winds at the Hawa Mahal. Dinner and overnight in Jaipur.

Day 04: Jaipur - Abhaneri – Agra

Breakfast at the hotel, then travel to Agra, the capital of the Mughals. On the way, we visit the Monkey Temple, where the locals go to feed the monkeys. We can also participate in a ceremony. During a short free time, you can recharge yourself with the positive energy of the place.
We continue our trip to the famous Step Well, which consists of 3,500 steps, which was built in the 8th century. After arrival in Agra, ckeck in at the hotel, and dinner in Agra.

Day 05: Agra City Tour

Early in the morning at sunrise, we will visit the Taj Mahal, the monument of eternal love, which was built by the fifth Mughal Sultan in memory of his dearest wife. We return to the hotel, have a short rest after breakfast, and then go sightseeing in Agra. First, we visit a workshop, where we can see what technology and tools were used to build the seventh wonder of the world. We will taste local food, including the local sweet petha, and see how it is made. We visit the Red Fortress, which was built of red sandstone, including the Jahangir Palace, the Shah Jahani Palace, the Saffron Garden, the former theater and the public hearing hall. Lunch in a pleasant restaurant with a garden. In the afternoon, we will visit a mausoleum of special beauty, which is also called the baby Taj.  Overnight stay and dinner in Agra.

Day 06: Varanasi

Breakfast at the hotel, then we travel to Delhi. Transfer to the airport, travel to the holiest city of the Hindus, Varanasi. In the late afternoon, we will take a rickshaw to the river, where we will participate in a unique Hindu ceremony, the Ganga-arti, during which sacred fires are lit on the banks of the Ganges River. We have the opportunity to taste local food and drinks. Dinner and overnight stay in Varanasi.

Day 07: Varanasi City Tour

Early morning boat ride on the holy river Ganges, we can admire the sunrise. We will visit the most beautiful sanctuaries of Varanasi and see the morning life. We will have breakfast at the hotel and then visit the Bharat Mata Temple and the Banaras Hindu University. We visit Szárnáth, where the Buddha first taught the Dharma. We will see the Damok Stupa, the Dharmarji Ka Stupa and the tallest Buddha statue in India. In the afternoon, we will visit the local bazaar and then see the Mani Karnika Ghat, where traditional cremations are performed. Dinner and overnight stay in Varanasi.

Day 08: Varanasi – Delhi

Breakfast at the hotel, free program in the morning: shopping, walking in the city, in the narrow streets of Varanasi. Transfer to the airport, travel to Delhi, then departure depending on the flight time, or overnight in a hotel if required, then departure the next day.
